Client responsibilities
As a client of Promote UK Demo, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information about your business, products, and services. You are responsible for the content and materials you provide for marketing purposes, ensuring they comply with UK laws, regulations, and advertising standards. You must promptly respond to our requests for information, approvals, and feedback to ensure timely campaign execution and optimal results.
Payment terms
All marketing services are subject to the pricing terms outlined in our service agreements or pricing page. Payment is required in advance or as specified in your service contract. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and digital payments. Late payments may incur interest charges and service suspension. All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise specified. Third-party costs (advertising spend, platform fees, etc.) are billed separately.
Payment Schedule Monthly packages require advance payment, while project-based services require 50% deposit and 50% upon completion.
Refund Policy Services are non-refundable once initiated, except as required by UK consumer protection laws.
Additional Costs Third-party advertising spend, stock images, and premium tools are billed at actual cost plus handling fee.
Price Adjustments We reserve the right to adjust prices with 30 days notice for existing clients.
All invoices must be paid within 14 days of issuance. Services may be suspended for non-payment, and accounts overdue by 60 days may be referred to collection agencies. You are responsible for all costs incurred in collecting overdue payments, including legal fees and court costs.
Intellectual property
Promote UK Demo retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in the marketing strategies, methodologies, tools, and systems we develop. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their business purposes. We reserve the right to use anonymized case studies and performance data for marketing purposes. Client-provided materials remain the property of the client, who grants us a license to use them for service delivery.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Monthly subscriptions terminate at the end of the billing cycle following notice. Promote UK Demo may immediately terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activities. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date. We will provide final deliverables and transfer ownership of completed work upon full payment of outstanding invoices.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage amicable resolution of disputes and will attempt to resolve issues through direct communication before pursuing legal action.
